Workout tracking · iOS
Track how you actually train. Not how apps think you should.
Built by a lifter, for lifters who train with drop sets, supersets, myo-reps and giant sets.
Waitlist for launch. No spam, just launch updates.
Why
Every other app is racing towards AI coaching and social feeds. Iron Forge does the opposite: it tracks how you actually train, exactly as you programme it.
What it does
Methods
Drop sets, supersets, myo-reps and giant sets. Logged as structures, not workarounds. Drop sets run one set into the next at a lighter weight. Myo-reps add volume: one hard set, then short rests and more reps at the same weight.
Supersets
Two exercises back to back with no rest. Set up each one on its own: different exercises, reps, loads and set counts.
Giant sets
Three or more exercises back to back. Each one can run its own number of rounds.
Recovery
HRV (heart-rate variability, a recovery signal), sleep and resting heart rate from Apple Health, scored into a daily readiness number. Evidence-aligned.
Progression
Plateau detection across your last six logged sessions, then a suggested target weight and reps. It suggests, it does not decide.
RPE
Rate of perceived exertion, how hard a set felt. Logged per exercise, by hand. Nothing auto-calculated.
Library
1,300+ exercises with animations.
What it leaves out
No AI coaching. No feed, no followers, no leaderboards. No ads, ever.
Just precise tracking for people who do not need motivation, only data.
Questions
- What is Iron Forge?
- Iron Forge is a workout tracker for iPhone, built by a lifter for serious lifters. It logs drop sets, supersets, myo-reps and giant sets exactly as you programme them. It has not launched yet. Join the waitlist and we will email you when it ships.
- When does it launch?
- There is no public date yet. We would rather ship than promise a date and slip it. The waitlist gets the first email when Iron Forge launches on iOS.
- How much will it cost?
- €7.99 a month or €69.99 a year, which saves about 27%. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel.
- Which devices does it run on?
- iPhone only, on iOS 16 or later. There is no Android version.
- Does it use AI?
- No AI coaching. Progression works by plateau detection: the app looks at your last six logged sessions, then may suggest a target weight and reps. It suggests, it does not decide.
- How is it different from apps like Strong or Hevy?
- Strong and Hevy are solid general trackers. Iron Forge is narrower. It is built around advanced set types, so a drop set or a giant set is logged as one structure, not a workaround. And it leaves things out on purpose: no AI coaching, no feed, no followers, no ads, ever.
